Once we recieved your order, items will immediately be prepared and handed to the courier.

Each delivery usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping tracking link so that you can follow your shipment constantly.

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or fulfillment error (including but not limited to wrong size, wrong color, wrong style of the Products). If the return is caused by product defect or fulfillment error, we will bear the full cost of the return, including transport and re-importation tax (if any)

However, You have a 24-hour cooling-off period starting from the point of purchase to cancel the order. Please note if your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order.
